Data use boundary

This product will process children's nicknames, ages, learning inputs, error correction records, guardian email addresses, permissions and consent status; such as uploading teacher teaching experience or student feedback files, which may include children's learning performance or classroom observation information. Do not enable children's voice collection suggestions or the use of personalized training data without obtaining the necessary consent from the guardian. Please avoid uploading unnecessary information such as your real name, ID card, address, detailed school roster, etc. Current 10 role review supplements: Data minimization: Learning plans and error correction reports do not require guardian email addresses by default; children’s names use nicknames by default, and real names are not accepted. ; Sub-item consent: Basic learning, pronunciation practice, personalized data use, parent reports, teacher review reports, and teaching and research data processing must separately record the scope of authorization, version, approver, time, and withdrawal status. ; After withdrawing consent, the corresponding capabilities must be blocked, and historical reports, teacher access, personalized data usage and export permissions must be processed. ; Retention and deletion policies must cover learning plans, error correction reports, security solutions, audit logs, approval records, rollback snapshots, uploading original files, parsing text, model input and output, and export files. ; Exports must provide sensitive field hints, optional masking, de-identified file names and export auditing.

Data retention

Learning plans, error correction reports, and security control plans are retained for 180 days by default; guardians can request deletion of child files and related reports. The original file should be deleted after the uploaded file is parsed, and minimal deletion records should be retained in the audit log.

This product is intended as an English learning aid for children and does not replace the judgment of professional teachers, guardians or formal school assessments. Pronunciation and listening error correction are generated based on user input. Without real acoustic models and manual review, they should not be interpreted as accurate pronunciation scores or proof of learning effects. When it comes to children's voice, privacy, personalized data use and school scenarios, explicit consent from the guardian or authorized teacher must be obtained first.

Rolling back only means canceling the reports, learning plans, error correction record display status or workflow approval status generated in this site, and restoring to the last version saved on this site; it does not mean that any unconnected external payment systems, school systems, equipment permissions or production databases have been rolled back.
